Lutra's aquatics management services encompass all aspects of operations. We hire and train our own staff, market the facility's services, collect revenues, pay expenses, and operate completely independently on your behalf. Our partners' responsibility is generally limited to maintaining the physical structure itself.

Our management contracts put the burden of performance, and the risk of failure, squarely on our shoulders. Our partners have never paid for our services, and our partners have never borne unexpected costs. Lutra is compensated only if we deliver on our promise of a self-supporting facility, and we bear the cost of operating losses if we don't.
